Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram sensation was born 15th August 1994, in USA. Ashley isn't talking about her parents a lot, but has said that her bodybuilding grandfather is what inspires her exercising. Ashley started swimming at the age of 4 and has continued the sport for more than 10 years. It is thought that Ashley participated in many different contests. She did not dedicate herself enough because she didn't want to adhere strictly to the strict rules of diet so her body could perform at optimally. The attractive look of her and slim physique made her famous during her high school years. However, it's not known whether Ashley was ever involved with someone during that period of time. When she graduated, Ashley chose not to go on at college but to rather pursue her dream of becoming modeling fitness. Ashley was only 15 years old young when she recognized that the body she had was not her ideal body. Her grandfather advised her to join the gym. But she took the advice of her grandfather to start slow. She didn't realize that she would spend nine years shaping her figure, and gradually becoming a fitness idol. Ashley, motivated by her success in the 2013 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships won seventh place. Motivated by this defeat she continued to train hard. Ashley took home the fifth position in the WBFF World Championships in 2015. Following this she decided to not compete again. The competition was offering photoshoots while she was competing, but didn't want to mix her careers however after she had stopped competing, she decided to turn into an exercise model. She was featured on the cover page of a popular fitness magazine which instantly launched her career of an exercise model after she got to sign with an agency that deals in modeling. In the past, she was a sought-after model. She was a model for a variety of bikini and clothing brands.
